Brad Mehldau Trio and The Amnesiac Quartet

Been listening to these guys for a while and decided it was about time I posted something. I’m a huge fan of Radiohead, and these guys transform their music into something new and exciting .

The Brad Mehldau Trio does some BRILLIANT radiohead covers, and Brad himself goes totally nuts on the piano. Check out Exit Music here and Paranoid Android here.

Also be sure to check out the Amnesiac Quartet. They are four French-born males in a tryst to cover Radiohead. These guys are not just any Radiohead tribute band but four accomplished jazz musicians. Check out two of their covers (’A Wolf at the Door’, and ‘I might be Wrong’) here. Love it! There are more videos at the bottom of the page.

Try doing a Youtube search for ‘jazz radiohead’ and ‘quartet radiohad’ and you’ll get all sorts of goodies.
