Media that Matters is a premiere showcase for short films on the most important topics of the day. Local and global, online and in communities around the world, Media That Matters engages diverse audiences and inspires them to take action… and its happening right here in Wellington!
A crew of pro-active local young people have gotten together to prepare for the screening. They’ve taken on the challenge of choosing films and planning the whole event! There’ll be awesome speakers, games, prizes and great food. If last years festival is anything to go by, the audience end up having a blast and learning about important issues at the same time. There will be also three New Zealand films included in the screening, all made by New Zealand young people.
